Progression

This build has multiple stages to work through as your character improves, that way you always know what to be upgrading from leaguestart to endgame.

• Leaguestart: This is for either a fresh league or a start with zero currency. The only goal of this PoB is to make it through acts into early maps and allow you to farm. Not many uniques can benefit our build, so you only need to buy Carcass Jack and Atziri's Step. Work on getting a +1 amulet, it can be any element because Explosive Concoction has all the tags. Rings with % elemental damage with attack skills are another good source of DPS, and don’t forget all the jewel sockets that scion gets.

• Midrange: Get a Skin of the Loyal with correct colors when they become available, it’s a nice DPS upgrade. One of the most important things in this stage is to get the increased flask charges gained mod on belt, as high as you can get it. This mod will increase the flask charges we passively gain from our ascend. Start upgrading your eldritch implicits on boots and gloves when you have ones that will last you for a bit. The big purchases in this stage will likely be the cluster jewel setup, but they are a huge source of power so get started on that.

• Endgame: Upgrading to a Skin of the Lords is a big priority, but make sure the implicit it grants doesn’t hurt the build. Full ailment immunity is hit using our boots, abyss jewel, and Stormshroud.

Act 1

Level 1-12

You can use whatever you want until level 12. Remember to check the gem vendors after quest completions and boss kills to get all the power available.

Level 12+

Act 2

The gems we get here should be enough to get us to the end of act 3 where Explosive Concoction is. Start leveling Elemental Focus Support and Elemental Damage with Attacks Support in a weapon swap.

Act 3

• Explosive Concoction- Volley Support- Elemental Damage with Attacks Support- Elemental Focus Support
• Clarity- Grace

• Steelskin- Automation

At the end of this act it becomes possible to switch into EC, and I usually do this right after library. Buy Inspiration Support and start leveling it.

Act 4-10

• Explosive Concoction- Volley Support- Elemental Damage with Attacks Support- Elemental Focus Support- Inspiration Support
• Vitality- Grace- Precision
• Dash
• Steelskin- Blood Rage- Automation
• Mark On Hit Support- Sniper's Mark

If you can’t handle the degen from blood rage yet, wait until getting the Slayer ascend points in.
